Substantial but yet simple in design, these cuffs are made from hand forged heavy gauge bare copper wire. The cuff comes in a range of textures and currently fits a small wrist size (internal diameter 6cm or less). Larger sizes can be made on request. A patina can also be applied to the cuff on request providing an antiquated look. Copper is a naturally occurring metal, with properties which have made it popular in jewellery for thousands of years. The health benefits of copper include antimicrobial and antifungal action, and many believe that wearing copper bracelets relieves the symptoms of arthritis, such as joint pain and stiffness.
